Aggregate all Channel posts into one "feed" channel?

I guess this could be a feature request, but it is also just a discussion.

Now that Channels are enabled by default, could there be a “Feed” channel that aggregates all channel messages into one place so you don’t have to go hunting for them? It could even be a new app Tab that looks visually different, and more like a traditional social feed (swap the QR Code tab for this?). But under the hood, it’s just aggregating channel messages you subscribe to and displaying them chronologically.

Likewise, channel’s themselves could then have a different “look” as well. More like a social media “profile” page. Under the hood, it’s just a different UI on channels.

I’m sure people have already thought of this, but I couldn’t find a thread for it.

On the flipside: FraidyCat has a really cool “people over content” view that ensures that one person doesn’t take over your timeline.

There is no news feed. Rather than showing you a massive inbox of new posts to sort through, you see a list of recently active individuals. No one can noisily take over this page, since every follow has a summary that takes up a mere two lines.

Channels ensure that same thing, so maybe it is good.

Either way, that QR Code tab is sitting there and could be a Social tab or something. This is definitely where apps could begin getting quite opinionated, but I’m curious what you all think
