@Aviva told me in a private message that Delta Chat works fine now after some big messages have been deleted.
Hello, Iâm using the F-Droid built and since the upgrade from 1.8 to 1.10 it has not run once, always crashes. Maybe itâs the same problem Aviva had? Are more logs useful?

Yes, logs are very helpful, if you can collect them with adb.
Could you test with https://download.delta.chat/android/deltachat-gplay-release-1.12.1.apk?
For official builds we have debug symbols at https://download.delta.chat/android/symbols/ which help identifying the function crashing in case there is a stacktrace.

The app version 1.12.1 you linked does not crash, however the app didnât have any data since itâs a fresh install. I canât export since the 1.12.0 always crashes so I canât import either. I do have root access but I donât think itâs possible to copy the data from one app to another, is it? Just copying the folders will probably not do the trick, haha.

If you copy both the database and blobdir (account.db-blobs), it should work.
I also sent you a PM with an address for logs.
Patch 1.12.2 fixed my crashes! Thank you link2xt once again.
