No, I don’t think it’s broken. Probably just the server being blocked for you. Which server are you using? Please check if you can reach it via browser.

身边大部分人使用iOS系统时，这个软件都崩溃了，收不到消息发不了消息，情况大概一周前就开始了，安卓系统会好些

are you trying to connect from within from mainland china? to where? are you using a vpn? where did you install the app from?

which relays or proxies are you using? you find these information at “Settings / Advanced” - please give as many context as possible. is android using the same settings?

Delta Chat的默认chatmail服务器 nine.testrun.org 被GFW封锁了（用大白话说就是被墙了），不过你可以添加没有被封锁的chatmail服务器继续与他人聊天。
