How can I delete my older messages from the server? My mailbox is currently full, and I can’t send or receive any messages because of this. So is there a quick solution for this issue? Currently, I ran my main account via https://chat.adminforge.de
The exact logic has changed in the past few months, but basically now incoming mail on chatmail should purge the oldest existing message from your mailbox, creating space as needed.
I don’t think that sent messages are stored at all, so your quota should not influence sending.

Thanks for your reply. We had solved the problem in contacting the maintainer of adminforge.de and he fixed the issue from server side. So I have now enough free space available.
But it would be nice to have a “one shot” option at the app for cleaning up the server side.
