In raw view after tapping (i), show explicitly what is the subject

Expected behavior

When long-tapping a message and then tapping (i) (for "i"nformation), the raw view should write “Subject:” before the subject, and/or format it differently.

Actual behavior

The subject cannot be differentiated from the actual email body.

If you mean to look at non-chat messages these subjects would need to be visible in deltachat for multiple reasons, anyway. (e.g. mailing lists)
