Keep playing voice messages when screen is locked

someone heard your voice the next update to Delta Chat 2.4x will keep playing audio in background; i assume, this targets locked screen as well

The in-app UI remains the same, but now with a notification to play audio in the… background. The appearance of the notification can be changed later, if wanted. There is also another benefit from this change, that the playback status of the same audio file will be synced between the conversation activity and the "All Media" activity. When the notification is clicked, user will be brought back the the activity they started the playback from. Also did some limited refactoring to try to decouple views from business logic. closes #4183
