i think the catecory “Mutual help” was supposed for this, sort of user-to-user help - of course, also developer will have a look at this forum, however, currently there is just no “support team”.
Kind of inconsistent given the URL, unfortunately.
But IMHO a little diligence and consideration, instead of dismissing, just tends to produce less further problems, and makes fixing things more fun.
