Trying to create 2nd device QR through desktop app disconnects account

The error message "Error: IO Not Started" was displayed to me a few times after starting DC-iOS. I thought so far that it could have something to do with the connection problems.

Connecting to Chatmail takes a long time

The problem seems to weaken from time to time and then increase again.
