Supporting to “dock” webxdc and allowing access to DC UX & native API is a recurring idea. I can’t put my finger on which topic covers it the best, but this comes to mind:

For the first, I think the Resend button can already bundle all state updates to the recipient sleepy laptop. The calendar app itself already supports exporting & importing to JSON, so you may as well have that file in your Saved Messages before you leave. For the second, I think client side plugins would also cover this, where a “docked” webxdc could have access to API to iterate through multiple chats, read and write messages there, wexdc state or more ideally communicate with other webxdc …

Is there a "Reminders" bot?

I haven’t seen such so far. A similar issue: It would be advantageous if we had more event driven bots, such as a weather bot proactively notifying us about a storm approaching so we could close the windows. Also imagine a game matchmaking bot that observed the presence of people in groups and propose to have a match when it sees a sufficient number of people who had played the given game in the past are around at the same time.
