A lot of messengers have an autoplay option where animations and video clips and gifs only play when you click them. I’ve recently realized DeltaChat doesn’t have any, specifically when somebody asked me about it in one of the rooms I’m in, I guess those who know me can imagine why that came up ( 
). It would be nice if one was available, for feature parity with other messengers and because apparently it really is super helpful to some people who don’t deal with a lot of motion too well.
Oh i hate Whatsapp animated stickers that autoplay every time the sticker pass through, the godzilla fire one, i have to threaten someone to be kicked if it keep happening
