Add per channel visual-only notification option

Expected behavior

Group chats can generate a lot of messages, so here is my preferred configuration:

  • one-one chats → visual+sound notifications
  • group chats → visual-only notifications

Actual behavior

With current Android Delta Chat client 2.43.0, I can only do:

  • one-one chats → visual+sound notifications (via default config)
  • group chats → no notification (via per channel “Mute Notifications” option)

Side note

The “Mute Notifications” option should be renamed “Disable Notifications”.
As it does not just mute (= no sound), it also remove the visual notification itself.

Being able to do visual-only notifs only for group-chats is the last feature missing for me to replace Signal & Telegram with Delta Chat.

In Signal & Telegram, they do it by letting the user customize the default notif settings, channel by channel.

(just to be extra clear, what I mean by “visual-only notif” is a full notif but with no ringtone and no vibration)
