it would be nice to have the possibility to add additional header lines

For example X-Auto-Response-Suppress: OOF to not receive automatic answers

We are unlikely to add such low-level option as adding arbitrary headers.

If X-Auto-Response-Suppress: OOF is useful and these MS exchange out of office messages are a real problem, should we just unconditionally add this header for everyone?
