It is possible to copy text from a chat of one account to a chat of a different account using the clipboard. But attachments, images and webxdc apps can’t be copied in this way. You can only email them from one account to another. But it would be cool if you could copy them locally without needing an internet connection. That would be great! It would add a lot of convenience! Me and @adbenitez discussed the idea of a profile switcher for the share dialog in the feature request here

An account-switch button in the share screen, which is missing currently, would let you to share not just vcards but any attached file, image, voice message or webxdc app to a chat in a different profile, which would add a lot of convenience!
