On all my Pixel phones, when I switch from from XDC app to another, there is an excessive delay with a very slow loading ‘load bar’ at the top. This does not happen on my other Android phones that are not Pixels. Why?

The WebXDC App opens almost instantly
Actual behavior
There is a loading bar at the top that slowly moves and finally after 10 seconds or so, the app opens
