What is uploaded to iCloud when Delta Chat is turned on in “Apps using iCloud”?

I suspect this is some kind of bug.
When I activate iCloud for DC-iOS, I cannot find any DC data in the cloud.
Additionally, this iCloud option does not exist for DC-Desktop on macOS.

I think it was maybe needed for some file selection dialog, but not sure if I remember correctly.
But we opt out of syncing/backup to iCloud.
