Hi, I’d like to bring this topic up again as I’d really love to be able to set a custom avatar instead of the grey envelope… For me, it would be best to have the possibility to choose an image from one’s own gallery, and to have a small envelope badge superimposed in the corner. It would be great to be able to set avatars for other people, locally, instead of just the one letter thing which is so confusing.
