Backup for all accounts

as suggested by good master Simon:

Maybe sometimes a backup for a single account is of use, but generally surely more secure to fetch all accounts one has created. Maybe a select-option, with all as defalt, matches both.

Much joy with good undertaking, also here.

I also several times forgot to backup my other accounts when switching between different development versions.

There is also a related thread about multiple accounts support:

The core already has account manager, but it is only used in (highly experimental) KDeltaChat. We should probably extend the account manager to manage backups, maybe even packing all accounts into one backup file.

Aside of backup: Running multiple account is like using multiple apps currently, so very disconnected (notifications, search,…) even to know which account currently using is difficult.
