Bot app blocked for nine.testrun.org accounts?

Hello :wave:,
I just tried to download the bot app in one of the new instant accounts.
Unfortunately it is not possible to send a message to public-bots@hispanilandia.net.
This error message appears:

Error: Permanent SMTP error: permanent: Invalid unencrypted mail to public-bots@hispanilandia.net

you have two options:

use deltalab, the bot can be started from the main menu

go to the bot is repository and scan the QR that appears there:
