Let’s say I subscribed to Delta Chat channel “Good news daily”. Now I see the channel in the chat list.
I would like to share the channel with a friend.
Is there a way to share the channel subscription link from the channel “contact”?

your friend can join the channel the same way you did.
in general, it seems up to the channel owner - they may eg. post invite links that can then be forwarded, if channel owner wants growth.
but yeah, interesting question if Delta Chat itself should offer smth. else here
