Chatmail: advise admins to create backup contact on other DC servers

It probably should be officially advised n chatmail setup document as best practices for chatmail admins to use (secondary) DC accounts on other, not their own, mail servers, so admin can be contacted via DC in case of server malfunction.

Multi-transport, planned to let one identity have multiple e-mail addresses, should help with that.

This is not a bad idea. It seems most public chatmail admins currently either use a third party email already or don’t display any contact method at all.
