How does the database update function work?
For example, I have a profile weighing 7GB. I deleted all chats, but the size of my profile is still 7GB. The question is: after how long will everything actually be deleted? Does DeltaChat need to be running in the background for this to happen, or does it occur automatically after a certain amount of time?
The thing is, my profile currently refuses to export — apparently because not everything has been processed after the recent actions. It’s impossible to transfer it as a second device, and the app crashes during the initial preparation of the profile for export. I also found a bug: if your profile size exceeds 2GB, it no longer shows up in the profile information.
