It would be nice to put the existing Debian package in a repository that Debian/Ubuntu/Mint/MX ussers could add to their system.
If the repo exists, it could then be added to extrepo.t means that Debian users would simply have to type:
extrepo enable deltacha
to have deltachat has a package available for their system.
