Delta chat groups have “unexpected” behavior compare to the other messaging software. Main difference is that there are no “real” admin and any user could delete any user from the chat. What is the best practice to create public groups when there is no “administrative”

This issue duplicates the following: TL;DR The scenario DC aims to solve at the moment is to only create small private groups with friends & family who you trust and where everyone can be held accountable for their actions in person. Anything else would require major architectural changes. Blocking is a completely local action for your own account, not targeting a given channel or group.

You now have the option to communicate with others one-way by creating a broadcast channel that is open for new joiners.

If you have the means and expertise to host bots, you have the option to install one of the following that enables you to serve your community through a moderated group:
