Delta Chat not sending read receipts any more?

I have received almost no read receipts during the last week or so, and I just did a test between my devices and another person’s devices, and no receipts were sent or received, even though both sides have read receipts turned on (as always).

Is this expected behaviour, or is there something amiss causing very erratic receipts behaviour?

We’re using the latest versions for Debian desktop and Android (1.3.4 and 1.8.1 respectively).

I can confirm with Desktop version 1.3.4.

Now that you say it, I tried to look but I don’t have the receipt… :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

I took a test: I receive the reading receipts.

I have to investigate.
