DeltaChat Desktop voice message audio distorted

I’m using DeltaChat Desktop, and I’ve noticed a problem when recording audio messages. The microphone input gets distorted while recording through DeltaChat. At first, I thought it was a technical issue with the microphone itself. However, when I use Telegram Desktop, the audio quality is excellent, which suggests the problem is specific to DeltaChat.

What do you mean by distorted? Just that the quality is worse?

Yes, the audio is not heard well once recording, if you want I can share my contact and send you an audio and you can check it.

If it’s just a matter of quality, then I’m pretty sure we’re not gonna do much about it, until native browser audio file recording is available. See
