Dear team, my domain dkorova.ru had some issues with DKIM configuration that are already solved. Even though I can create new accounts on Delta Chat with my domain, I can’t add contacts with nine.testrun accounts - they never get a notification that I am trying to contact them and nine.testrun accounts cannot add me as a contact and the screen gets stuck at “establishing connection, please wait…”. I cannot even send messages to groups where one of them is present. Is it possible that my domain has been blocklisted? If so, I kindly ask you to whitelist it.

I doubt that blacklisting is the issue. You may try to test interoperability with any other Chatmail server listed in Chatmail: Relays. You’re likely having federation issues. Please run the deployment test scripts.

I tried creating an account in delta.disobey.net - the only one from the list of relays that seems not to be blocked here , and it communicates perfectly well with the account with my domain. Same for another account that I created in deltachat.ru.
All other email boxes of my server work fine to send and receive standard emails.
I created a new email box in my server to test delta chat and it also does not work with nine.testrun but works with others.
I forgot to mention a detail in my first message. After some days of trying different ways, one person with a nine.testrun account finally got the possibility to send me a message (suddenly no longer stuck in “establishing connection, please wait”) and I receive his messages. My messages seem to be sent but then get a “mail delivery failed: returning message… the following addresses failed xxxxxx@nine.testrun.org”. The same happens in any group where there is a member with nine.testrun accounts whereas other members do get my messages.
About your links. Everything seems to be ok with DNS records. There was an issue with dkim a couple of days ago and that made me assume that the domain was blocklisted by nine.testrun. With my limited understanding it does not seem to be a problem of federation.
Then I would recommend checking whether nine.testrun.org or any other Chatmail server or other blocked resources are even reachable from your server. It might be subject to censorship too.
This does sound like blacklisting, but nine.testrun is certainly not blacklisting your new server. Russian censors blacklisting sending from Russia to known Deltachat relay domains seems more likely. But there are well over a hundred relays, most not publicly known. If you and your contacts add multiple relays to a profile, then DC should use the ones that work.
For joining large groups, a proxy might be more pratical. You could use a mail-forwarding service to conceal an end domain. DC clients can also be set to get and send messages over Tor and other proxies, which might work.
I’m guessing the one message slipped through and completed the contact setup once. Different regions of Russia also have different e-mail restrictions.
