Expected behavior
When tapping a message, there is an option for reacting with an emoji (like in slack or Telegram). The emoji will then be displayed at the bottom of the message, with a count if multiple people react with the same emoji.
Additionally, a shortcut could be added for “liking” a message/expressing approval/consent really quickly: when a user double-taps a message, a reaction with a heart 
emoji is automatically sent.
This would be really helpful to improve communication expererience in a modern way when quickly reading through a list of new messages, for example.
Also, users could do polls using this system (e.g. with 
and 
or 
to 
) really easily and while having a good overview.
