Enlarge the account switcher in DC-iOS by swiping it up

Expected behavior

Swiping up will enlarge the account switcher in DC-iOS just like the favorites in Safari.

The account switcher cannot be enlarged in DC-iOS.

Enlarging the account switcher by swiping it up would improve the overview for users with many accounts.
