Some feature requests, improvements and bug reports can be assessed to have a definite solution which ought to not take architecture level changes or even much planning at all other than discussing it with the team for sanity checking.
Such issues might be picked up by volunteers new to developing for DC and on thematic festivals and hackathons also.
It would then take a hackathon of its own to review and label all such topics here, but that’s a separate issue of its own.
all what is “help wanted” to be worked on is on the Delta Chat repos, not in the Delta Chat forum, people wanting to help can pick issues there, picking random posts/requests here from the forum and creating a PR for them is not wanted, the best way to start contributing is to fix an already open issue/bug in the repositories, that will actually help to reduce the load in the developers, creating a PR that will not solve any of the many existing bugs/issues just bring more load into the developers needing to carefully review, test and answer the PR etc
