Is this still up to date?

I just tried this and the installation/setup works fine.

The problem is I constantly get the following error when running Delta Chat…

“connection failure, Caused by: Connection refused (os error 111)”

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE:

Additional steps are required to setup socks5 proxy prior to Profile creation.

The guide is still up-to-date, and updated every once in a while, but you need to follow it really closely unfortunately.
