How to share contacts form one profile to an other?

i really like the concept of multi profiles but how can we transfer or share contacts form one profile to an other? How to create new groups of contacts i have in multipel profiles? Is there a way i miss?

You can put two contacts in contact with one another by copying the QR code from one of your profiles and pasting it into the other profile. Then you can open an interprofile chat and attach contacts using the paperclip menu and send them from one profile to another.

There are other ways, and I think newer clients have easier ones than this.

we do not have the QR code of contacts

You can share contact to self e.g. in Saved messages chat, then export it as a vCard, then import it into another profile by sending it to self and clicking on it.

In the next version (2.42+) it will be possible to forward messages between profiles so you will not need to export vCard as a file outside of Delta Chat.

also an option to forward contacts between profiles would be optimum

No, there is even no private roadmap. Forwarding between profiles is merged in allow to switch profile while sharing/forwarding by adbenitez · Pull Request #4180 · deltachat/deltachat-android · GitHub
