For some days officials blocking IMAP access to any external service outside of the some regions of our country.
We can’t use proxies (SOCKS5 and HTTPS) because they can be easily detected by DPI systems.
How can we help you to mitigate this measure and continue use Delta chat?

Maybe there’s a typo in there somewhere, but it’s not possible to selectively block HTTPS use in general (other than via IP-based whitelisting).
The best you could do is to host VPN and other tunnels for those in need. See the relevant comments here:

Mentioning HTTPS I meant proxies protocol.
Current DPI level is very strong and are blocking IMAP to my instance, may be SMTP is blocked too.
The most common way is to tunnel IMAP over regular HTTPS web surfing behavior with fake browser fingerprints.
I think IMAP and SMTP are now Deltachat’s bottle neck.

Are you talking about client-to-server or server-to-server blocks? Did you try just picking a random port for both IMAP and SMTP?

Did you tried yggdrasil to connect to chatmail servers with it? It’s working for me, both for client-server and server-server.
