Currently I am using “Mibew Messenger” as a support chat on my website. Is there a possibility user Delta.Chat instead to have communication centralized? So some kind of HTML implementation of Delta.Chat?

You probably want some sort of a Delta Chat bot that will have a web interface for outside users and a Delta Chat group for the support team.
mailadm admin bot, which is a part of the recommended email server setup is functionality similar to this. Any incoming messages to the bot create a support group with the bot and all server admins, so they can answer to the incoming support request by contacting the user through the bot. There is no web interface though.
Maybe it is easier to extend Mibew with a plugin, which would be a Delta Chat bot. I see there are XMPP, Telegram etc. plugins that at least notify about new chats.
