Are there any available lists that have the invite links or QR codes for groups of different topics, etc? Thanks

iirc, there are some bots and lists around in some circles, however, due to the decentralised nature, there is no “main anchor”

i just made a website where you can share groups
there is no groups there yet, but there is an adding form, so maybe there will be some group soon.
