Option for chat/channel/group to make audio messages auto play

This could be helpful to certain groups of people like the elderly or otherwise impaired to get important messages heard.
In my opinion this could also be helpful to people which are in areas where only spotty reception is possible. Sending a voice message could be more fruitful than trying to actually call.

This could be fine grained with:

  • Autoplay when new audio received in chat/channel/group.
  • Playback should be started by user, but will stop only when all audio is played out.
  • Endless cycle mode

The reasoning sounds odd (the visual impaired can already read aloud notifications and messages), however, I could imagine a use for something like this.

I’m thinking more of a push-to-talk party line with low bandwidth codec2 compression for groups and while playing webxdc.

I could also envision using it in a broadcast channel for similarly live streamed lectures that chunk the audio this way while also sending in each slide as a separate HTML message (or less optimally as a picture).
