any plans for a Persian translation?
I’m ready to translate delta chat (website and application) to Persian.

these are great news!
i would recommend to start translating the app first, you can do that on transifex, see https://www.transifex.com/delta-chat/public/ - you need a login there or login via github. “Persian (fa)” is already added there.
and of course, @vbeh - welcome aboard! if you have more questions, feel free to post them here.

for some reason the Persian translation is available on Android but its not available on desktop versions. i didn’t want to create a new topic for that.
i assume this is a bug - at least there is some issue when selecting languages, i filed an issue at https://github.com/deltachat/deltachat-desktop/issues/2026
