It often happens to me that the profile image of a new contact is not displayed on every device.
For example, when I add a contact in DC-iOS, the profile image appears there, but not in DC-Desktop in the same account. So the image will only be displayed on the device on which the QR code is scanned. It is not displayed even when chatting in DC-Desktop. I wanted to report the problem in GitHub first, but I don’t know which category the bug belongs to.

Where does the image come from? your system address book or from the contact from DC?
The profile image comes from Delta Chat.
I didn’t know that Delta Chat could take the profile image from the system address book, because I don’t use images there.
only on android I think, for iOS I’m not sure.
