did you got send random .exe files via Delta Chat in practise?
note, that, in contrast to many other messengers and email, the default use case we care for, Delta Chat is about private messaging. so spammers cannot access you that easily. you need to contact them before.
anyways, i think, this is more the job of a local scanner. also, afaik, it is not that easy to execute a downloaded exe nowadays. at least, it makes more sense to try to configure windows more secure instead of focusing on only one path, or trying to make path by path secure, where there is always one more path
