Over the past two days, while using QQ Mail, I noticed that whenever I try to open my QQ Mail account with DeltaChat, it crashes immediately, making it impossible to use. On the DeltaChat mobile app, I don’t even have time to perform any operations. On ArcaneChat, there’s a quick toggle in the account list, as shown in the image below. So, after several attempts, I turned off the account’s message reception and managed to retrieve the log. Could this be a compatibility issue?
After several attempts, I discovered that deleting certain emails allowed the application to function normally. Unfortunately, the emails have already been deleted, but it seems that the crashes were caused by specific emails.
