Quo vadis Delta Chat? - please do not censor this post

It would be good for transparency of the forum to inform that you deleted (censored) the post and why.

In this topic -->> The life-changing magic of WKD - #56 by Minim there was yesterday information that Delta Chat devs had removed the feature which was very important in terms of decentralisation and keeping contacts during changing the server.

This is the snippet from FAQ - Delta Chat

How can I use a different e-mail address with my profile?
Note: Changing email addresses is temporarily disabled because of ongoing changes to the DeltaChat core. It should be available again in a few months.

As a long term DC user I would like to know what the road map of developing DC is. I want to know if I can still try to onboard new friends on this app or if it’s better to look for another option or spend more time and teach them how to use XMPP.

The only deleted post in WKD topic was off-topic and did not contain any question.

The entire post looked like this:

The forum has multiple moderators and decisions to delete posts are discussed before deleting the post completely and it can even be restored later for some time in case of disagreement, except when it is obvious automated spam created by a new bot. This particular post was brought up in the moderator chat on Monday.
