Release V.0.960.0 in Google Play Store

Hi,
some of my friends using Android 9.
There is the big problem with missing notifications.

I have tested the current version 0.960.0 on Android 9 and it works great.

So it seems this big issue is fixed in this version (and also a few smal issues).

So I think it would be great to release this version in Play Store very soon.
Of course still as preview.

My friends and I would be very glad.

We are currently having a dev gathering and hunting down several bugs and hope to have a 0.970 ready soon – this is then hoped to be the final release candidate for the stores.
