Reminder Email Messages to a Group

I’m trying to figure out how to send out automatic reminder emails to a Delta group.

Group: is a team. Needs to be reminded to fill out Covid questions B4 coming to practice. They all must read and reply to the message.

I know how to create a reoccurring email in my traditional email program, but I don’t know how to send that email (daily) to the group so the whole team gets it at the same time.

Ideas?

Edit Maybe there is some options like this using Chat Bots?

yeah you could write a simple bot/script to automate messages.
What programming languages do you know/prefer?

we have python, rust, Nodejs and c
