Run multiple Chatmail servers with HA?

Hi,
I noticed that the server nine.testrun.org resolves to 3 different IPs.
But in the official Chatmail GitHub, I didn’t find any setup guide for running Chatmail server with HA (High Availability).

So, what is the correct way to run multiple Chatmail servers with HA?
I’m asking because there is a chance that my only server might get blocked, and I want to prepare for that.

Sorry if this was asked before, I tried searching but couldn’t find a clear answer.

It is not actually a high availability setup, as this is not necessary for the hundreds of thousands of users on nine.testrun.org. Two of the IPs are reverse proxies, they can help to run the server inside a VPN or to route around network problems like when IP addresses are unavailable in some networks.
