Second Device Error [Get backup failed: timed out]

Delta Chat version

PC zorin OS flatpack v2.43.0 and mobile android 15 on motorola g56 app v2.48.0

Expected behavior

adding my phone as a second device to continue conversations

Actual behavior

when I scan the QR code provided by my desktop app I encure an error in the attached image

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. disabiled VPN on both mobile and PC
2. uninstalled and reinstalled apps on both mobile and PC

there are some more tipps at https://delta.chat/help#troubleshooting - but here will be situations left, where it does not work, this is known.

in this case, you can fallback to “export/import backup” or, what usually works, span a mobile hotspot on the phone, and join it with desktop.

after the device is set up once, these workarounds are no longer needed, btw
