Share multiple messages

If one message in a chat is selected, the possibility to copy or share the message is determined by the message type. A text message can only be copied to clipboard, while an attachment can only be shared. However, if multiple messages are selected, the only option is to copy the text, and there is no option to share. This can be inconvenient when you want to copy/share multiple images/videos/voice messages etc. from one chat to another chat, as it is only possible to do this by sharing each message individually.

Therefore I propose that when multiple messages are selected, the option to copy or to share are both present, instead of only giving the option to copy the text to the clipboard.

This assumes that the user shares the selected messages to another chat in Delta Chat and not a different app.

you can forward them then all of then will be sent at the same time, if you are not mixing media and text messages, maybe in that case makes sense to allow to share them

Thanks for the reply. Often I am mixing media and text messages, but it turns out that it’s still possible to forward them.
