The main idea is to
- center the logo
- remove modal QRcode and show it right away
- avoid unnecessary text or instructions
I can see how hiding the code might be result of a privacy measure.
If that is the case, at least having a fake indicator QR code image as a hint would be nicer than a textual instruction.
