Using Delta.Chat on two Huawei devices, stock firmware

Huawei P Smart 2019
Using gmail both.
Device Nova 2i can’t play sound messages, sent from P Smart 2019, when I tap play button, message “error” happens and nothing else.
But, when I sent a sound message from Nova2i to P Smart 2019 - I can play it correctly.
Help to fix this please.
