The current profile in v2.43.0 no longer provides any way to show all relays (design regression)

The current profile in v2.43.0 no longer provides any way to show all relays, which seems like a UI design regression. The “Encryption Info” still shows one, but not all of them. I think the easiest way to fix this would be to show all relays in “Encryption Info”. (Sorry if this info is still available in a different spot and I simply missed it.)

This can be a specifically relevant when a techie user is trying to match a specific email error message to a specific users with certainty.

If you paste in the email address you found in the bounce error text into the top search box, it will pop up the contact that caused said error.

not sure what you mean. in the contact’s profile, never all relays were shown - for the simple reason, that all released versions do not know about more than one relay of the chat partner.

and that relay is visible in the “Encryption info”

upcoming version, however, will propagate multiple relays - which still will not be shown in primary UI as avarage user shall just not care, but encryption info or so probably makes sense

I will add list of relays to encryption info in WIP: multi-relay routing by link2xt · Pull Request #7898 · chatmail/core · GitHub
The list of relays is going to be distributed in the key, so encryption info is a good place to list all relays of the contact.

I don’t see a search box, perhaps v2.43.0 desktop doesn’t ship that one yet? In any case, it’s cool to hear that it’ll be added to “Encryption Info”.
