Unblock request ask twice in Manage keys option in Advanced section

Expected behavior

When I have the unblock request enabled, Manage keys in Advanced Section should maintain just one unblock request.

Actual behavior

The ublock request on Manage keys only happens if I have unblock request for the whole app disabled. If I enable it I get unblock request twice in that option and then the options is unblocked successfully showing me import and export keys dialog but a message of unblock failure appears just a moment.

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Enable unblock request for the whole app
  2. Try to select Manage keys option in Advanced section on the app.
