When next-cloud mail supports imap and smtp, you can use it as mail server for deltachat…
Can you specify more how you imagine nextcloud and deltaChat working together?

Nextcloud mail is not a mail server. It’s just a Mailcient.
But no AutoCrypt support at the moment.
